People will buy ETBs and sit on them for decades to make them more valuable. And TPC making more to counteract it doesn't work, because that's just "making more stocks" to buy.
It's cursed, and unless legislated to crash the market value it's never gonna stop. Prismatic Evolutions is by far the most cursed line yet, the Eeeveelution chase cards are gorgeous, far prettier than the chase cards of the newer lines, so Prismatic is the line you'll never see in stores ever.
