I remember they revealed like 70+ Pokémon for BW early, and the only ones that appeared in the anime early were Zorua and Zoroark in the 13th movie. There was also a Woobat cameo on a hat and Nimbasa City was namedropped.
Gen II had Pokémon like Slowking, Donphan, Ampharos, Bellossom, Marill, Togepi, Ledyba, Hoothoot, Snubbull, Elekid, Ho-Oh, and Lugia.
Gen III had Pokémon like Wailmer, Kecleon, Duskull, Azurill, Wynaut, Latios, and Latias.
Gen IV had Pokémon like Munchlax, Lucario, Weavile, Bonsly, Mime Jr., Manaphy, Chatot, Mantyke, and Buizel.
