SM is bad. The first Pokemon game I hated playing through. The only reason its not F tier is that SS exists which was way worse for me.
SV is carried by the DLC like I said. Plus the qol changes make a big difference.
Johto is my favorite region and Crystal is the perfect portrayal of it. I could go more in detail why I like HGSS less but it would take too long. Maybe later.
