>>58230751Electric is shit by itself and really needs something extra to be truly devastating, typically when it's either boosted by some insanely broken ability like Miraidon's or by being paired up with a good secondary type like Flying or Dragon, it's very middle of the road otherwise.
Ground is just fantastic consistency, bulky Ground types will always be good to have even if they don't provide much simply because of how long they can stick around for.
People joke about Charizard being shit without gimmicks, but Solar Power boosted Heat Waves from Zard hit like a fucking truck, I love this stupid overgrown flying lizard, kinda wished supporting it in VGC was a bit easier, but sadly there's no sun setters with redirection and Wide Guard put together.
Glad my beloved Mega Zard Y is finally coming back.
