Would it focus on Norse myths?
We've already gotten plenty of mons based on norse myths, including the Kalos trio (Xerneas is Eikthyrnir, Yveltal is Hraesvslgr and Zygarde is the children of Loki). There's plenty more myths though, the dwarves, Odin, Sleipnir, Nidhoggr (though Zygarde may be partially based on that), a living fucking piece of mistletoe eyc.
