>>58242178>and that ditto is alone in the ball too anonThe ball got teleported there, it wasn't just a ball sitting there discarded for years. Also unlike the dex the ball looked pristine.
>>58242197Yes, that much is obvious. Though why would it need an old picture to transform into it's trainer if it had clearly met them before? If it needs to see what it's transforming into, then it would need to go back to that dex every time, but we also saw it transform back into human-ish form again when it was just standing out in the open\ as a Ditto.
>>58242365I assume removable. As for what happens, I guess that depends on if something that is a part of Ditto needs to remain physically connected to change with it, or if all parts of it can change even if separated.
>>58242787Doubt it. The dexes were clearly designed to sell dex toys, but now kids are on their phones so I guess they will go with that now. At least they don't look as insanely stupid as the Rotomdex did. Seriously, every other dex at least looked like an actual device, even if clearly designed to be able to be made into a toy, the Rotomdex look like it was a rejected character design from a show for infants like Barney or Blues Clues or something like that. Shame because I liked the original idea, just horrible execution. The Phone rotom dex feels like them correcting that mistake.
>>58243253Doesn't Alakazam have like a 3000 IQ or something ridiculous like that?
>>58243506I feel like even it's trainer being dead is a stretch, now you are going for a total apocalypse? Who the fuck teleported it's Pokeball in then? That looked like the same effect we have seen things get teleported using technology in other games.
>>58243687It wasn't, it activated when Ditto appeared.
>>58243726Yeah I remember, it was supposed to be a one-shot in the anime and the whole point was that Ditto managed to overcome that handicap, but I guess it become so iconic that it's now a thing.
