Switch games depends from game to game, as said, No mew or Meltan/melmetal needed for LGPE, Savdata mons needed for PLA, No Zarude for SwSh Dexes, only SinnohDex for BDSP (No mythicals or "post-game" mons), No WW/IL or Pecharunt needed for SV.
It is more lenient then people think.
GO Dex has no reward (Thank fuck!)
You can trade for the mons on GTS for the entries, but it is a hassle since you can't as for/filter marks, the best you can do is know the level ranges in the case of legendaries.
