I figure that the real cuts will come from the non-mega, non-Kalos native pokemon from X and Y. Like how Arceus Legends didn't have Seaking or Milotic or Noctowl and shit despite them being in Diamond and Pearl. And for the DLC, I assume that they won't add any Pokemon besides whichever new megas they make, to be honest.
