Preorders for Mega Dimension are available now, with the DLC’s additional story content scheduled to release soon after the DLC goes on sale 16 October 2025.

So it's available for preorder now but doesn't go on sale until October 16?

October 16 you only get the outfit and some pokeballs. The it's February 28 for the new story and megas.
