This is also an option i suppose, definitely an option with hoopa holes.
Though to an extent it feels like putting yvetal in ORAS so i dunno.

I don't think so, unless they pull something like the SwSh DLC where you can get a ton of legendaries and also ultra beasts, which isn't impossible considering Game Freak has been putting tons of legendary stuff in DLC lately, like Meloetta in SV's.

There's nothing relevant to bringing them back to Z-A. You can still use them in Pokémon Champions.
