Biggest cons, no item slot for lefties, your only recovery outside rest, no Dynamax, enabling Dragon Dance even further, giving it a way to boost Special Defense and more easily sponging hits to activate Power Construct, no Terastalization, enabling it to bypass its Achilles heel with Ice and live every single physical hit of the game practically with Tera Water/Fairy, and lastly, no special equivalent to Thousand Arrows, the move Zygarde is most known for using.
Having decent Special Attack, slightly more bulk, and the immediacy of said bulk with mega isn't worth losing these.
