pokemon OCs have been a huge and very important part of the pokemon fandom basically since its inception, so i wanted to try making a thread for them to see if /vp/ has any interest in this
for an example of their relevance, this very well-known vaporeon image IS a pokemon OC called bubbles, she's not just a random vaporeon
