Hack is shitty if high effort, some of the sprites are quite neat honestly. I wish it took itself serious since Kanto but a fucked up nightmare full of mutant pokemon is genuinely a fun idea to me for a hack. As it is the only thing truly offensive about it is the font and wasted potential.

Would unironically be a 10/10 hack if it wasn't buggy as shit and if the creator didn't half ass some of the content. Which is ironic considering the amount of effort in most of it. Just nuking Saffron and then not replacing it with something else was lame as hell. The hack just needed a tiny bit more effort which is what depresses me.

You are right though, it feels like he kinda lost steam after celadon, though Kanto kinda does that too already.
Giovanni being mario and the 4th level starters reveal right after is just batshit insane tho.

The idea is cool as hell and the pokemon are metal as fuck, but it's kinda dull all things considered.
The game feels worse to play than the original game for some reason, and while I think he bugs and that crap are deliberate it doesn't make the game any better.
