It's just a bamboo rocket from another planet, anon.
Also the Ultimate Weapon has a crystalline colour/appearence when active, it isn't fixed to the colour in the flashbacks and we never actually see the actual weapon itself with that colour in person.
You call it lore but how can you know the intent of the devs when you yourself aren't one and could very well just be forcing headcanon on a genuine coincidence? Whose to say Celesteela was supposed to intentionally resemble the Ultimate Weapon?
Whats next, having a meltdown over Luvdisc and Alomomola when the two were likely designed by two different people?
