Jumpluff can be very good, noctowl is ok I guess and furret can surf the rock types.
Linoone is ok, mightyena stats suck in gen 3 but secret power is enough most of the time, peliper is competent.
Bibarel is adequate enough, Staraptor carries hard, luxray has no good moves.
Stoutland is a beast, Liepard dies to sneeze even if you ev train it to have a lot of attack it somehow manages to be a disappointment midgame, best Liepard I ever had was a relaxed one I trained as a wall as a meme somehow living more than 2 attacks made it not suck that hard, Watchdog is completely overshadowed by Stoutland but has a cool moveset early, and unfezant has the gimmick of writing stuff.
Bunnelby without hidden ability is not a good pokemon, talonflame is the second coming of staraptor Vivilon is competent.
Fat Raticate and trump mongoose are good, Toucanon is very good, Vikavolt takes a lot of time to evolve into a dex contradiction but it's good.
Drednaw is good, thievul isn't good but I liked it, dubwool is ok, orbetle is fine, The fatest squirrel can solo the champion no problem, and corvinight is the third Staraptor.
Pig is fine, spidops is mediocre and I guess wattrel is ok if a bit out of your way, bread dog is fun but Flamigo is the real beast of early game Pokemon.
