>>58284447No, there's two tournaments, the regular ones and the Galarian Star Tournament. The regular ones are ones you can do just from doing the base game and the post game, Marnie has a chance to appear with that outfit. The Galarian Star Tournament is where you have to finish both DLCs, she also appears in that one but it's a Multi Battle tournament so you can team up with her. I'm pretty sure you can also just battle her if you go to Spikemuth in the post game but I could be wrong here.
