But probably not in Mega Dimension. It's probably too soon for them to give Typhlosion and Samurott something new again, and even if they do, they'd have to either pick between Serperior and Decidueye to complete the trio, the only real way to satisfy everyone would be to do both AND the rest of the Alola starters as well
I'm pretty sure they chose the starters they did this time around because they've gone the longest without being starters in a Pokemon game, but as a result of two of them being from the same region, Typhlosion fans complain about the "unfairness" of being left out, and the Unova starters get dragged in for consistency's sake, but the truth is that rectifying this to make it truly "fair" would also mean the Alola starters getting megas on top of that, and I just don't see current-day Game Freak putting in the effort to do that.
