I slept through the whole s-v generation. It was so boring. All sets and cards were some weird scheme you could see only after it got pumped.
While Mega-sets - i was super into them before they were fully announced.

is so awesome. It's a giant black-blue dragon with blue fire constantly coming out. It's such a great design and card looks like an epic painting.
Gardevoir SIR is also fantastic - so hope i will manage to grab it. Pretty sure that Gardevoir will be one of the top tier chase cards of the upcoming generation.

It's overshadowed by Phantasmal Flames and charizard but still costs 200+ for japanese.
Later it might climb up.
But then when this short Mega-block will end and the new pokemon gen starts on Nintendo Switch 2 (probably somewhere in autumn of 2027) - most of cards will fall down.
AND THEN during the next craze these will be one of the most expensive cards ever.
Im not investor but i search and scan cards and their movement in non stop to understand how that works.
