So according to twitter, lots of his friends (top players) had heard a version of the story where he cheated on his partner, from there, rumors started. Some people had already started to cut him off as it was known he was a serial cheater, more rumors emerged of how he treated multiple women in the VGC community, from there, rumors of this incident emerged shortly before worlds of this year and people like MoxieBoosted cut him off in silence. Also had made its way overseas

So my question is, where VGC players ok with this guy for over a year an a half after this occurred? And his behavior was that was known before this rumor surfaced?

Two options.
1. They actually didn't know, but are saying "Oh yeah, he was always a creep, never liked him" to look better and virtue signal.
2. They knew but didn't care until it was made public and they couldn't afford not to make a statement.
There's really no way to make knowing about this and saying nothing look good.

You can't actually penalize that behavior but you can warn people via word of mouth - which seems people were already doing long before this surfaced.

He's more likely to end up in prison by apologizing, because you don't need to apologize if you've done nothing wrong.
Without his confession, it's he-said-she-said with no evidence and he'd never get a conviction in an actual court of law.
He's not saying he's sorry to avoid getting raped by the legal system, but by the court of public opinion (and it won't work, he's already doomed in that regard).

The only smart move here is to go radio silent while you consult your lawyer. Even the smallest public statement can be used against you, including the statement that you're consulting your lawyer, which would be used to make you look guilty.
I think Projared is the only eceleb who actually handled the accusations well. He vanished, then came back with receipts proving his innocence. But he needed to actually have evidence, which Jeudy probably doesn't.
