Yes but only because they had to give both counterparts something to keep them even. That's the only reason Froslass is getting a Mega because its counterpart has one

Look at how for the Paradoxes all Pokemon except for Jigglypuff (who gets a pass for being a mascot) have Pardoxes of their final forms except for Mismagius and Magnezone. There's no reason for that except to intentionally avoid giving new forms to Sinnoh Pokemon

It's not about other games getting focus, it's about their Pokemon getting focus. Sinnoh Pokemon even in their own remake season and with PLA got no focus.

Torterra, Infernape, and Empoleon have nothing new and non of the Pokemon introduced in Sinnoh have gotten any new forms, evolutions, or variants beyond the original Sinnoh Megas.

Even Dialga and Palkia's Origin forms feel underwhelming. They look interesting but they don't even come with a significant power boost and new ability like Giratina's. Hell, PLZA is giving Zygarde a new form with increased stat buffs and probably a new signature move as the titiular Pokemon but Arceus got a fucking plate that it can't even use in other games with no new form and no stat boosts

Why is this? It's like GameFreak is intentionally avoiding giving Sinnoh Pokemon power-ups, redesigns, and evolutions.

Unless they're saving a shit ton of Sinnoh Megas for the ZA DLC, it fucking sucks to be a Sinnohfetus because in a battle of starter Pokemon, my starters will get fucking destroyed by Kalos Megas now along with the starters from gens 1,3, and 5. Fuck GameFreak

Mismagius is mid and Magnezone was a fucking mistake that completely throws away the simple concept of the Magnetite line for no reason. Shocking Sands is objectively better as an extension of Magneton's theme than lmfao what if these magnets turned into a fucking ufo.

Oh, my mistake for being so argumentative, I can agree, it's weird that they had two chances for a sinnoh paradox and dodged both of them. I don't even feel good saying Valiant is a Gallade Paradox, as it leans much more heavily toward Gardevoir visually.
