I feel really bad for people who let YouTubers that overanalyze games ruin their opinion on a game. Many times these videos are made by people who have no actual experience with game design (Dunning-Kruger effect, anyone?) but who have a good way to present their arguments to give the illusion of authority/truth. If you used to like and even defend XY, then the game was doing something right. What changed isn't the game, it's your perception of it after eating up someone else's words.
This is why the modern landscape of gaming sucks, pretentious YouTubers and people who give reviews after rushing through a game for a week just to "be able to give an opinion".
