Instead of being immune, wouldn't it make more sense to heal them, though? It's poison, after all, so it should be like a source of nourishment for them.

They can't get the status at the type level. No Poison-types can be inflicted with poison or be toxic'd. Although it would make sense to just throw in an effect where poison and steel mons can be poisoned if they have Poison Heal as an ability though, because it would exclusively be a boon, yeah that would be fine by me. We already know that GF can make that happen because of Corrosion so I don't see why not. Muk or Weezing with Poison Heal would probably be pretty good.

Huh... what if, instead of Poison types being immune to poison, they were healed by it as a type-based trait? How would that change things?

it's funny how this was clearly supposed to be 1800, a normal temperature for magma, but gamefreak just added another zero because they thought bigger number would be more impressive and were too dumb to realize they were making something 30% hotter than the fucking sun.
