After you get 3 gym badges you get access to 3-star raids.
After you get 6 gym badges you get access to 4-star raids.
After you see the credits you get access to 5-star raids.
You then need to complete the Academy Ace Tournament at least once and clear 10 4-star or 5-star raids to unlock 6-star raids.
Complete one 6-star raid to unlock 7-star raids.
The Iron Valiant/Roaring Moon raids are 7-star raids.
