That's essentially what this is and it was extremely unpopular.
Reprints just don't do well with collectors.
And since this game doesn't allow trades for the cards which are actually new (two stars or better) it's effectively a worthless set for collectors. It might have more value if two star rarity is tradeable later on.
It is, however, a good deal if you're into PvP and are only just starting the game. It's a good chance to easily obtain a bunch of the higher end meta cards from a single pack.
