Let's go Pikachu and Eevee have so much soul and I consider them the best Kanto experience despite its flaws

I love how big pokemon look big visually compared to small pokemon and how alive they felt unlike the games going forward, they mastered the riding mechanic in lets go

If the diamond and pearl remakes were based of the lets go games whilst keeping the traditional battles and abilities etc I genuinely think people would consider them top 5 pokemon games of all time, imagine walking through route 217 whilst clinging onto abomasnow like you can with snorlax in the lets go games

sword and shield/scarlet and violet having dex counts of 400+ only harm the immersion due to their not being enough development time to make each pokemon feel how they should in the world around them, id rather have a dex of 210 with 100 new mons and each pokemon having the care of the lets go games
