That clearly extended to making adjustments to the status moves to disallow negating the real-time engine, by buff-boosting to +6 like in the turn-based engine, just as they adjusted buff moves in the previous entry to disallow buff-stacking neutralising that battle engine's effects. They have a clear and intended idea of how they want gameplay to happen. Which is why they adjusted it to the level of L: A, while ignoring the setting and concept of L: A.
