Misty left at the end of Jhoto. The Nurse Joy fixed her bike and she was called back to the gym. Advance had her in a couple specials (Pokemon Chronicles, plus a special episode where the VAs were swapped out and Togepi left.) then DP through Alola barely acknowledged her outside of a flashback or Japanese ED (by that point Cartoon Network had significantly cut credits/title time.) She appeared in Alola during a field trip episode for LGPE, then they brought the original crew together for the last few episodes with Ash.
