sure physical rock moves have subpar accuracy but they at least make up for it in power
flying tends to have its best physical moves be typically limited to bird pokemon but a lot of non-bird flying types get by without brave bird anyways
whereas with electric, the disparity between physical and special moves it gets is just absurd, both in distribution and how good the moves are
