Digimon is different, it's been around for almost as long as Pokémon has (1 year difference), already has a dedicated fanbase, and there have been countless faggy internet posts saying "I'm jumping ship, Digimon is better" since Time Stranger was announced.
If PLZA sells poorly, and Gen 10 looks lackluster at the announcement in February, this may be the next stage of the normie awakening to how bad the state of this franchise is.
Dexit got them looking, SV got them joking, ZA's got them annoyed. If Gen 10 is par for the course, they might actually get as mad as this board.
I'm more excited for the meltdowns than I am for the games at this point.
