could be compensation for how it's supposed to have some sort of ability that boosts its stats in some way, the same way that sunny cherrim had its BST altered because flower gift wasn't in PLA

Mega Falinks' spread is fairly conservative but tbdesu that's understandable given if you overstatted that thing with it keeping its' access to No Retreat you're fucking up either Doubles or Singles bigtime.
