If you are playing as a female, you don't have to go through the the stuff mentioned in the previous post. Instead, you'll be subjected to your own humiliation ritual which would entail competing against or doing something that basically forces you to acknowledge troons as women and if you refuse, you can never receive that gym badge unless you restart your entire game and play through it the "correct" way. You will also be pressured to join their gym as a gym trainer and participate in the man-hate/administer the gym challenge mentioned in prevpost for male challengers.
