Talking about when the Megas transfer over to Champions.
Mega Starmie has +140 BST like Mega Mawile and Medicham for ZA, so it's more than likely Mega Starmie gets a Huge Power clone.

lots of megas do this to some extent. Mewtwo x, charizard x, gyarados, pinsir in a sense, aggron, swampert, banette, sableye, etc. Even though the new starmie design is awful, it's going to enjoy the benefit of unpredictability.

Meowstic got a movepool buff and now gets Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Taunt.
You can look at the movepool buffs in the doc and Mega Lopunny got stacked for some reason. It’s not only part of the 135 spe crowd, not only is it immune to intimidate and gets perfect STAB coverage, but now it gets Mach Punch and Sword Dance.

All of these moveset changes may not make it into Champions, in a number of cases the new moves are replacing a move they don't have access to in ZA, eg. Malamar learns Close Combat instead of Superpower.
