>>58416319only in the OG games, in Ultra Gladion leaves for Kanto at the end of the main story to train, while Lusamine is still head of the foundation she's designated most roles to her staff and Wicke to do some personal training which cumulates in her challenging you as a champion candidate, once you beat her you have the chance for Gladion to appear, once you beat him and return to the foundation you will see the scene of Mohn visiting it shocking Lusamine but she decides not to interfere in what Mohn is now when Gladion questions her on why she remarks that the way he smiles now is why.
So as far as Alola goes Mohn is still bean man, he does not know of his family but he's met Lusamine and plans to keep seeing her, Gladion and Lusamine know he's alive, Lillie doesn't at least she's never shown interacting with him on screen. Going by battle masters however it seems Lusamine has left most of the work to Wicke and the other staff, Faba, for his role in the rainbow rocket takeover has been busted down to the level of a grunt rather than be fired or arrested.
