Not really, Wikstrom was always presented as middle aged (late 40's/50ish) and Giacamo's rebellious nature fits with the Dark knight dynamic to his (possible) father's White Knight. Poppy similarly makes sense then as an E4 member of Paldea, Kalos and Paldea are right next to each other and figures for once the kid battle savant is an NPC who's daddy is an E4 member of another region.
