The Giratina Cynthia one is up right now until the 25-th, but she is on a split banner with 0.33% rate, which is really low
You can reroll until you get her I guess
But she is an old unit who needs more move levels to be good.
And she also really wants to be on the team with Volos Giratina, who is also still up right now, but only a short time is left.
You'd ideally want to get both
Another limited Cynthia (with Mega Lucario) will rerun on the 25-th, but again - split banner with 0.33% rates..
The best and strongest Arc Cynthia with Mega Garchomp will rerun some time end of this year or early 2026
Finally the original base Cynthia with Garchomp (non-arc) is ALSO up right now (also until 25-th) - and I think that banner is 2%.
So she is easier to get and unlocks Cynthia in the lodge too. But she is a VERY old unit and won't do you much good.
But if you dont really care about playing the game long-term and just want to get the base Cynthia + unlock her in the trainer lodge for interactions - rerolling her might be the fastest easiest option
