Cuz the Tao trio doesn't seem to have any super important natural role and are merely top-of-the-food-chain uber strong pokemon(this, combined with their type, is most likely meant to parallel the Kanto birds, since Unova loves to make its Pokemon counterparts to Kantomons), thus, there isn't really a designated "natural counter" for them other than each other by virtue their equal power level, though N does arrive to aid you with his Zekrom/Reshiram, so maybe Zygarde figured "let them sort this out by themselves".
