But ILCA aren't Game Freak and clearly can't handle Champions AND a BW remake concurrently (and remakes take two years for Game Freak, thus the subcontractees get the same and fuck the noise, it's not supposed to REPLACE the new Gen pairs any more) so haven't started THAT project yet (after Champions launches and I HAVE said that before too. Fucking mid '26, they're just *being set free*? Don't make me laugh). But again, you think this shit is set in stone, I KNOW it's all made of silly putty and can (and does) be changed at a moment's notice (L: A pitched and intended to be wholly separate to the modern series, L: A launched complete with a reused MC from DPPt/BDSP, a full 3D render of the PC's bedroom from DPPt/BDSP, a story that lifted its broad notes from DPPt and a smorgasboard of other little hints, shout-outs and callbacks to the original games and even a solution to a side-quest in the remake). Tick. Tock. Unovatard. Never mind, they only wnet and continued remakes, because people online CRIED for them and frankly the people crying no are less numerous than the kids screaming "YES!" to one. Money talks and you're shouting for them to NOT take your money, small wonder they don't listen.
