If they're true to their vision and set it 1,000 years in the past, I'm in.

Although it's not historically accurate, I'd like them to implement the Arthurian myths using Pokémon (the legend is believed to be over 1,500 years old).

A Pokémon during the French Revolution, the Gallic tribes against the Roman Empire, or the Napoleonic Wars would have been incredible, I don't understand why the stupid idea of making a Kalos 5 years later, it feels like a boring postgame/sequel to XY and with almost no returning characters.

If they set it that far back, there would be no Poké Balls, which would mean no battling or catching Pokémon, which they're definitely not going to do. Especially not if they'd want to introduce new Gigantamax forms. If Legends Galar is up next, it would more likely be set in the more recent past. Maybe back when Opal and Mustard were in their prime?
