Blacks have been living in America for 400 years.
Meanwhile in Europe, blacks are mostly recent migrants from the late 20th century.
Slaves bought from African slavers by European merchants were brought to the Americas, not to Europe.
And during the short lived European colonization of Africa (between 1880 and 1960), there was no mass immigration from the colonies to Europe.
It all happened from the 1980s onward (with a sharp increase these last 10 years).
