Playing picrel and thinking about arceus, I'm starting to wonder how much PMD had an influence on these games.
Am I retarded or am I onto something, or both?

can't speak for arceus as i never played it but i cant see what you're talking about, outside of maybe "move hits target from far away" or "move hits all targets around it". do you have any particular examples
