>>58443282Meganium would be better as a big stompy grass/dragon monster in general
Fuck its lame "meh at everything and good at nothing" stat spread. Move half its speed to attack and watch it crush things with the added power. It already has swords dance and good physical coverage (earthquake, iron tail, knock off, outrage, zen headbutt) so just move 40 BST from speed to attack and give it a dragon sub-typing and it'll go from the laughing stock of grass starters to a genuine threat worthy of its dinosaur heritage.
But the official mega got made a grass/fairy special attacker when it has 1 total non-grass non-HP move in Ancient Power, and zero damaging fairy moves, so unless it got a total movepool overhaul, I'll assume it's GF trolling us all like they have been with a lot of other megas in LZA, instead of doing the sane thing which in this case would be making it a grass/dragon physical attacker.
Also it being only 5'11" tall kinda defeats the part of calling it "meganium" and basing it on an Apatosaurus, a dinosaur some may recognize for being really big
and the official mega is apparently only 7'10", give me a break
that's barely large by - actually dang apparently Great Tusk, (mega) Aggron, Garganacl, Torterra, and Baxcalibur, which are all mons that look like they'd be huge, are all smaller then Mega Meganium
I think everything I just mentioned (and more) should be bigger though. Pokemon needs to return to its kaiju inspirations. I don't want anything "pocket" about my monsters, I want to watch huge beasts duke it out for supremacy in cool battles.
