I really don't understand why he was left out, Psyduck was in XY and it's one of the few Water-Types that would make sense to see in Lumiose. The Water-Type choices are hilariously blatant in how fucked the dex is, the only ones without Megas in ZA are Simipour, Vaporeon & Clawitzer, the latter two have to be in the dex cause of they are (or in the case of Vaporeon has an evolutionary relative) originating from Kalos. Simipour along with the other monkeys and Watchog seem to only be in this dex so they'll have appeared on a Switch game at least once.

I don't see why Golduck needs to return hoenstly, he's kinda a generic Water-type. He would be genuinely weaker than Simipour if he returned.
