Given the dex description, I'm guessing Dazzling for Scolipede, Chlorophyll for Meganium, and Regenerator for Dragalge.
I don't know about the others.

In Japanese the ability is called Vivid Body, the dex says that the poison on the body of m scolipede is luminescent

I would like Mega Chesnaught to have a new ability where it loses its Grass-type weaknesses, and only takes neutral damage from those attacks, but still has its Fighting-type weaknesses.

The obvious answer is one of the mons that are already defined by their ability or that don't have as much to gain from their stat boost. So:
>Greninja
>Clefable
>Dragonite
>Hawlucha
Based on what we currently know, I'd say Hawlucha is in most danger of falling into this trap. The stat boost it gets isn't ideal and the inability to run unburden plus acrobatics is really going to hurt its ability to sweep teams. 118 is obviously fast but what makes Hawlucha good is the ability to go far beyond that without wasting a turn purely on boosting speed.
