Did the teraleak say anything about why ZA was delayed from late 2024 into late 2025? All the pics showed that it was on schedule for 2024 and the DLC for 2025

No but we can reasonably assume it was a Nintendo request to pad out 2025s release schedule which is slower on account of new hardware.

Either that or it was delayed to release after switch 2 so that the switch 2 edition could be a thing? But in those planning documents for the original Legends Johto concept, the second Legends game was always meant for switch 1 and there wasn’t a mention of the switch 2 in the Legends Johto docs

When they found out what the Switch 2 would be, they probably delayed Z-A until they could release a simultaneous Switch 2 Edition so that the first impression wouldn't include "the performance is trash" this time.
