lmao for how long the tutorials were in ZA they didn’t do a good job explaining this because you aren’t the first to not understand it.
To do damage to the rogue mega evolution, if you don’t have a mega, you need to press the + button on your switch. Megas are always in the + move state but for normal pokemon you have to activate it yourself and they never tell you this because your first rogue battle is using a mega. You can keep your floette and fletchinder dude
