the first time I ever saw it was on some "art" where a pack of them were tearing a girl appart. This image always stuck with me. I think they are design wise great pokemon but I can not get over that and never put them in my teams.

I tried evolving Vullaby into a Mandibuzz when I played Black 1 like fourteen years ago, but I ended up boxing the poor thing because it took way too long to evolve and the payoff wasn't really worth it.
I'm thinking about making a monotype Dark team when I play Blaze Black, because I want an excuse to slap a Hydreigon onto my team. Maybe I'll give Mandibuzz another chance there.

They aren’t evil. This is the rare time the Japanese name is wrong. I don’t feel like searching the archive for the big brain in-depth explanation on anon gave but the short version is some Eastern Philosophies tend to have a more nuisances towards the concepts of good and bad. I'm kind of an edgelord at heart, Honchkrow and Houndoom are great, Umbreon is my favorite eeveelution etc etc
I also like ghost types and i think they make for a nice dual type team pairing, in fact it's what I would have in ZA if not for my starter
