I mean it's very clearly the original Pokelab, given it has Muk something that would likely be studied, Ditto, Koffing, again other things that'd be studied due to pollution and transforming. The rest are mostly just because they happened to be in the area and the placed burned down and they like it, with Rattata just being well rats and everywhere.
