Even without mentioning the simple things they could've done to improve the overall city, the fact that I played this and learned they do indeed have a handful of interiors but only use them for a single throw away mission is infuriating. Why the fuck aren't there more interiors with unique aspects or dungeons when they can have an entire sequence and room for one side mission?
You wanna flesh shit out, make the game and world feel less stale? Rogue Megas should be inside locations like an old school, like Mega Victribell in the promos, Mega Malamar taking over some news or radio studio to spread its mind waves, etc etc. It would be all so much more simple than just slapping them on a rooftop randomly and just doing it.
