Does anyone know if it's possible to complete the (non-mythical) National Dex using only Switch games? I'm pretty sure even if I were to homebrew a 3DS it's impossible to connect a fresh NNID at this point to move from Bank to Home.

Technically no because meltan/melmetal is exclusive to to Go, so any national dex from gen 7 on requires a phone. Past that, >>58511410 is correct.

gen 1 trough 4 is in BDSP and gen 8 onwards is on switch
gen 6 are all in Z-A

im not sure if all of gen 5 and 7 are in switch games (quick search indicates they all are)

it should be, I think the last ones that were needed were the patrat line and the elemental monkeys and they were in Z-A (probably why they were in the game despite not having megas or being kalos mons)

From just the Switch games at present you'll be missing

>Panpour/Simipour
And all of these are in ZA. So once Home support comes out you will be able to complete it using only Switch games.
