They could just have done that for fun and drop it entirely. They have done that before. In fact, i believe that legends games will only feature OCs unless they have some role like Emma, L, etc... they dont want characters from legends clashing with their main games. People coping old characters returning in DLC should just be prepared for disappointment. Korrina is the only one that has a 10%+ chance of appearing.
